Morgan Joy
Owner and Head Drill Rig Operator
Morgan started drilling water wells in 1980 here in the Northwest. You could say it runs in his blood, his father and grandfather were drillers, as wells as numerous uncles & brothers.
Cheryl Joy
Owner and Office Manager
Cheryl is the one who will greet you when you call Joyco Drilling. She has been known to put on her signature pink hard hat and also help out on the drill rig when needed!
Nic Boone
Driller
Nic was working in the oil drilling field for several years before joining us at Joyco Drilling. He is now a licensed driller after putting in many hours of training under Morgan’s instruction.
